What level of incontinence is this underwear suitable for? Can it completely replace diapers?
This washable incontinence underwear is designed for mild incontinence, such as occasional leaks caused by coughing, sneezing, laughing, or daily movement.
For moderate to severe incontinence, we recommend using it as additional or backup protection, and it is not intended to fully replace adult diapers.
The underwear features a multi-layer absorbent core design that helps draw moisture away from the skin, store liquid within absorbent layers, and provide a breathable waterproof barrier to help reduce leakage during mild incontinence.
How comfortable is it to wear? Will it be as thick and stuffy as diapers?
Our underwear is made with a soft, breathable cotton-blend fabric designed to provide stretch and comfort for daily wear.
Compared to traditional adult diapers, it is designed to feel lighter and less bulky, offering a more underwear-like experience while maintaining leak protection.

Will these panties show panty lines under clothing?
Our Seamless Collection is designed to help minimize visible panty lines under fitted clothing such as leggings and dresses.
Other styles, including Cotton Hipster and High-Waisted briefs, feature smooth edges and low-profile seams to reduce bulk and help create a smoother look under clothing.
How do I choose the right size?
We recommend using the size chart on each product page and measuring your waist and hips for the best fit.
If you are between sizes or unsure, sizing up may provide a more comfortable fit, especially for leakproof styles.

Our materials are also PFAS-free and designed with skin comfort in mind, making them suitable for many people with sensitive skin.
As with any intimate apparel, individual skin sensitivities may vary.
How does the odor control work? Is it a chemical coating?
Our odor control uses an advanced, additive-free yarn technology that helps neutralize odors by balancing pH at the fiber level.
The performance is built into the fibers, rather than applied as a surface coating, which helps maintain effectiveness through repeated washing.
This approach is designed to support long-lasting freshness while remaining gentle on skin.
How long does the underwear last, when should it be replaced?
The lifespan is similar to regular cotton underwear and depends on frequency of use and proper care.
Replace the underwear if you notice reduced absorbency, damage, or loose stitching.
How can I protect my skin from irritation or rashes?
All materials are carefully inspected, OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified, and tested to be PFAS-free. Change promptly if the underwear becomes damp for extended periods, as prolonged moisture exposure may cause skin irritation.
Care & Durability
How should I wash and dry my leak-proof underwear?
For the best results and long life:
1. Washing (Machine Wash Recommended)
- Use cold water on a gentle/delicate cycle.
- Choose a mild, fragrance-free detergent (like Seventh Generation Free & Clear, All Free Clear, or similar). Avoid bleach, fabric softeners, or harsh detergents.
- For best results, you can place the underwear in a mesh laundry bag to protect the fabric and waterproof layers.
- Turn the underwear inside out before washing to help water penetrate the absorbent layers and remove residues.
2. Drying
- Air-drying is best for maintaining shape and longevity. Lay flat or hang in a shaded, well-ventilated area.
- Avoid direct sunlight or high heat to help maintain fabric performance over time.
- If using a dryer, select low heat (≤140°F / 60°C) and remove promptly once dry. Avoid high heat to protect the elastic and waterproof barrier.
Do I need to wash them before first use?
It’s recommended to wash and dry the underwear before first use to help the fibers reach their full absorbency.
Can I wash these with my regular laundry?
Yes — you can wash them along with your normal laundry just like ordinary underwear. Rinsing first and turning them inside out helps ensure the absorbent layers get cleaned thoroughly.
How long do they take to dry?
Because of the absorbent core, washable leak-proof underwear generally take longer to dry than ordinary underwear — similar to thick athletic socks. Turning them inside out before drying can help speed up the process.
Why shouldn’t I use fabric conditioner?
Fabric conditioners can leave a coating on textiles that interferes with absorbency, meaning the underwear may not absorb as well the next time you wear them.
How to Eliminate Odors Completely?
If you notice a slight odor after washing, it's usually because residues are still trapped in the fibers. Here's how to fix it:
1. Try a Vinegar Soak:
Before your next wash, soak the underwear for 30-60 minutes in a solution of 1 part white vinegar to 4 parts cool water. This naturally breaks down odor-causing residues without damaging the materials.
2. Switch to Machine Washing:
Use the gentle cycle with COLD water.
3. Use a Mild, Neutral Detergent:

These detergents are free from dyes, perfumes, and harsh chemicals that can damage the technical fabrics.
How long will one pair typically last?
With proper care, our leakproof underwear is designed to maintain its absorbency and shape for 100+ washes. Our everyday cotton panties will stay soft and hold their shape for even longer!
