What level of incontinence is this underwear suitable for? Can it completely replace diapers?
This washable incontinence underwear is designed for mild incontinence, such as occasional leaks caused by coughing, sneezing, laughing, or daily movement.
For moderate to severe incontinence, we recommend using it as additional or backup protection, and it is not intended to fully replace adult diapers.
The underwear features a multi-layer absorbent core design that helps draw moisture away from the skin, store liquid within absorbent layers, and provide a breathable waterproof barrier to help reduce leakage during mild incontinence.
How comfortable is it to wear? Will it be as thick and stuffy as diapers?

Our Seamless Collection is designed to help minimize visible panty lines under fitted clothing such as leggings and dresses.
Other styles, including Cotton Hipster and High-Waisted briefs, feature smooth edges and low-profile seams to reduce bulk and help create a smoother look under clothing.
How do I choose the right size?
We recommend using the size chart on each product page and measuring your waist and hips for the best fit.
If you are between sizes or unsure, sizing up may provide a more comfortable fit, especially for leakproof styles.

The lifespan is similar to regular cotton underwear and depends on frequency of use and proper care.

How can I protect my skin from irritation or rashes?
All materials are carefully inspected, OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified, and tested to be PFAS-free. Change promptly if the underwear becomes damp for extended periods, as prolonged moisture exposure may cause skin irritation.
