Return and Refund Policy
We want you to love your BATTEWA products. If you are not entirely satisfied, our return policy is designed to be straightforward and fair.
Return Eligibility & Condition
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the shipment confirmation date.
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
- It must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order number is required.
- Used items are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return (Authorization Required)
You must contact us first to receive a Return Authorization (RA). Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Contact our support team within the eligible period at support@battewa.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will review your request and respond with authorization and instructions within 48 hours.
- If approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific return instructions. Do not ship returns without an RMA number.
Refunds
- Processing: Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days of receipt at our facility), we will notify you of the approval status.
- Issuance: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
- Timing: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to post to your account, depending on your bank or payment provider's processing times.
Return Shipping & Deductions
- Customer Responsibility: For returns due to change of mind, fit, or personal preference, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- Shipping Deduction: The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount. We will provide an estimate upon return authorization.
- Defective/Damaged/Wrong Items: If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping costs in these cases.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item or size, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order on our website once your return is approved.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Items marked as "Sale," "Final Sale," or "Discounted."
- Gift cards.
- Any item not in its original, unused condition.
Incorrect Shipping Address
You are responsible for ensuring your shipping address is accurate at checkout. BATTEWA is not liable for packages lost or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. We will assist in locating the package with the carrier, but cannot assume responsibility.
Unauthorized or Non-Compliant Returns
- Returns received without a valid RMA number will be considered unauthorized and may be refused or returned to sender at your expense.
- Items returned in a used, damaged, or unsellable condition (as determined by our inspection) will not be refunded and may not be returned to you.
