Please Note: We are currently unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands), or other international addresses.

Important Note on Delivery Times: All delivery estimates are in business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) and begin after your order is processed and leaves our warehouse. These are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays in customs processing or due to unforeseen circumstances may occasionally occur.
Order Processing & Important Terms
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and handed off to our shipping carrier within 2-3 business days.
- Shipping Upgrades: Expedited shipping options are not currently available for international orders.
- Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.
- Customs, Duties & Import Taxes: All orders shipped to Canada and Mexico are subject to customs clearance. Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. BATTEWA has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
- Non-Shipable Areas: If you are located in a remote or high-risk area where our carriers cannot reliably deliver, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund.
