These underwear actually do keep me dry and odor free. I have only wore them a few times, so far, they are true on for absorbing and odor free. Not for heavy leakage. They fit nicely.Hand wash only.I have four stars, as I have not wore them for very long.

These are absolutely amazing! I don't have to worry about sneezing anymore. They are lightweight, not bulky at all, but add a layer of protection just in case. I will definitely be buying more. I highly recommend them.

These fit as a bikini style should. They are capable of providing confident protection for 24 hours if like myself, you spurt and leak when laughing , bending , lifting etc. the only issue I have noticed is that the fabric seems to catch on other fabrics. Not real serious but when you are pulling on jeans or workout pants, they will resist each other.

Well, you might wonder why a guy would leave a review for this product. If you know someone who has the relatively common issue of occasional small leaks when exercising, you might recommend he think outside the boxer and try this product. It is much more comfortable and quite effective in this situation vis a vis the various solutions marketed to men. It find it also super useful when dressed more formally, where a few drip spots might be embarrassing. They machine launder well and easily.

These work for me, but I need only leak protection when I delay getting up at night and the run to the bathroom takes too long. I don't know how much they would hold at maximum capacity. They fit well under my pj bottoms, feel like regular briefs.

Yes my girlfriend has what you call Urinary incontinence which becomes a real problem. I found these Leakproof Panties here, after reading many panty reviews OMG :) Yes She just loves the girlish feminine fit of Bikini panties & the way they feel so soft & comfortable She says it's like wearing nothing at all. The only thing to watch out for is not to sit down after your little accident because you know when your wringing out your face cloth same thing happens here. I said to my girlfriend being a little pricey & made out of cotton they could shrink if done in the washer & dryer it might be wise to hand wash & dry, Well guess who has this new domestic chore & She just couldn't wait to tell Her girlfriends all about me & Her new panties, Her girlfriends think it's just wonderful now that I'm safe at home not drinking at the bar & Hand Washing all their panties :)

Wonderful. I had the full briefs before and wanted to give these a try. I originally tried these in lieu of the more expensive product that came out years ago, and like them just as much, Plus, the cotton is much cooler, and they weigh less for packing.

These are great for women who need some extra protection whether from weak muscles or that time of the month. The underwear are sleek and look nice. They absorb a decent amount for the slimness of the fabric. They're true to size and very easy to wash without any complicated instructions. I'm glad I found comfy underwear that's not ugly. It's pricey but they do work well so recommend waiting for a sale.

I never had a pair of leak proof panties before, and they are life changing.These panties are soft, comfortable and fit great. They are so function. They are well made and high quality.There are 5 panties included in the package. So the price reflects that.I don't gate keep, so I gave one to each of my 3 teenage daughters and they loved them too. My youngest, 13, has had a couple of period related accidents at school. And I loved the confidence that she felt wearing one of this panties. I will definitely order more.

Love these. They fit well and do the job they're designed to do. They stay in place, don't ride up or shift. Also, they wash beautifully. I love the styling. So many others look like granny-panties. (Not my thing.) Initially I thought they were pricy (i haven't shopped for lingerie in a long time, though), but over time, they're much less expensive than pads. Definitely worth the price.

I ordered these underwear not so much for incontinence but for periods. But for reference, I normally wear incontinence underwear at night when my flow is heavy. As with anything else, I tried these underwear out just on a normal day and was surprised at how comfortable they are! The fabric is stretchy and comfortable and I was surprised to find that the padding is not bulky at all. I've actually just added these underwear to my regular rotation. :) For periods, they work really well for my moderate days. I like that they are better for the environment since they are not single use. They do take a while to dry, but with a pack of 5, there are plenty to wear while used ones dry. I really can't say enough about how comfortable these underwear are!

There may be times when underwear needs padding to go from waistband to waistband. But sometimes just the crotch area is all you need. These are perfect for that. They are soft and comfortable- except for the side seam. It's a fairly large seam that digs into my skin. It looks like they tried to sew it down, but that may just add to the bulk. It seems to me that it would be an easy thing to make flat seams on the sides. They would definitely be 5 star if that were the case!
