These briefs are wonderful! The body is soft 95% cotton. The Leakproof material is a mix but mostly polyester. These will contain light to moderate leaks, so they are good for men who still have some control of their bladder and are not completely incontinent. They look just like normal briefs; no one would ever know. The inseam is very short. They run small compared to regular underwear sizing. Make sure you look at Battewa's size chart. If you go by their chart, then they will be the correct size. The leak proof area is slightly bulky and can feel warm but is so much more comfortable to diapers. These also make no noise. If you didn't know these were incontinence underwear you'd never know! They are easy to wash. I machine wash and use vinegar instead of fabric softener to remove any smells, then hang to dry. The current price is comparable to similar underwear. They seem kind of pricy, but they can be reused over and over unlike diapers, so they end up saving you a lot of money. I got the multi-colored and it's a good mix. Overall, I think these are wonderful -they give back confidence!
These briefs are great to prevent embarrassing little mishaps. The price is great for five pair. The briefs are made of stretchy fabric. They're comfortable. The elastic waistband is comfortable as well. It's so right into the fabric of the brief. So it doesn't twist around. The padding is thick, but not bulky. Please breathe. Cannot be seen when wearing clothing. It does not affect the look of pants. Pants still are flat in front. The padding in the briefs isabsorbent and these can be washed and worn again. They're sustainable...they're not disposable. These are easy to care for as well. In the washing machine and in the dryer. No shrinking...stains in orders come out easily.Easily worth the priceThank you for reading my review!
I have purchased Battewa incontinence underwear for my son in the past, so when these Battewa Incontinence Underwear for Men 60ml Washable Leakproof Boxer Briefs were available for selection, I was very pleased. My son has minimal leakage, and used to wear disposable pads. But, those can get expensive, and can be very obvious under certain loose clothing, like sweat pants. These Battewa incontinence underwear have truly made a difference in my son's self-esteem. He no longer needs to worry about discreetly disposing of used pads when at camp, or worry that the pads will show when he changes into swim trunks. We had even heard horror stories about pads triggering TSA scanners, so flying was a little stressful before finding Battewa incontinence underwear. This set of Battewa incontinence underwear comes with five pairs of underwear in four different colors, and this five pair set is priced less per pair than the three pair set. Incontinence underwear is more expensive than regular underwear, but these Battewa incontinence underwear are priced really well. My son likes the different colors of this set. He typically wears large size underwear, and these are true to size. The care card that comes with these says to: Machine wash, cold, or hand wash. Do not iron. Do not use fabric softener. Tumble dry, low, or air dry. We routinely machine wash and tumble dry these underwear. I have been very pleased with the durability of the Battewa brand; my son still uses the Battewa incontinence briefs we have had for nearly two years (linked below). The absorbent pad provides absorbency for up to 60ml of liquid (about a ? cup), so these are for light leakage.
I am reviewing Battewa Incontinence Underwear for Men 60ml Washable Leakproof Boxer Briefs for Bladder Leakage Cotton Comfortable Discreet Everyday Wear (Black Medium)This brand is my go-to fave for quality incontinence underwear. My loved one is in the some-days-are-better-than-others category, just beginning to have issues with incontinence. Many times it is just how fast can we get to the toilet! These briefs are attractive looking, no obvious or super bulky padding. They don't crackle. The padding is not uncomfortable, and other than becoming warm at times, you can almost forget it's there. The edges are all stitched down, which makes it easier to get into and out of. There is no real open fly, so having those layers secured helps keep things where they belong. These are for light duty, so if the user completely empties the bladder, don't sit on the couch! The fabric and materials used are always high quality and durable. They have plenty of stretch and no super bulky seams. The price is very fair at around $60 for this 5 pack, and more is better when you're talking about incontinence. I have had no trouble laundering these briefs. I have a special basket where they can be kept away from other clothing. At the end of the day, everything with urine on it goes into the washer before we go to bed. I am using special detergent to clean the biological waste, and I have never felt that these were not clean and ready to go again after laundering. I've had no trouble with the color bleeding onto other items, but I do wash them somewhat separately. (my photos show a discoloration that is not really apparent to the eye.
I liked this brand so much from getting underwear for myself that I had to get these for a friend. You know what it's like when you sneeze and you think you'll be fine but then you‘’re like "oops?" BATTEWA underwear help catch you and keep you dry for those "oops moments." These underwear are PFAS free from harmful substances, the fabric is moisture, wicking, technology, breathable, and skin, friendly, and the fabric is performance for a comfort fit.
In regards to easy care it suggests to only machine wash, cold or hand wash and do not use fabric softener! Tumble dry on a low setting or air dry in the shade. Do not iron. Don‘’t use bleach. I'm so used to putting everything in the wash on a hot or warm setting but when I wash these, then I do a full load and make sure everything is on a cool setting in my washer.
This brand also offers excellent odor resistance. I find they are very helpful for when I'm spotting or have that time of the month. These offer instant absorption in the areas that count and are quick drying and moisture wicking with a leak proof barrier keeping wetness away from your skin, trapping it in the layers that count. The fabric is also hypoallergenic and breathable. These are great for a daily use and even nighttime use.
I got these for my dad, who has Alzheimer's and occasional mild incontinence issues when we're out for longer periods. He's not at the point of needing full diapers, and finding something discreet and comfortable has been really important. These look and feel just like regular boxer briefs, which has made a huge difference because he refuses to wear pads or adult diapers and doesn't think he has a problem. The padding is mainly in the front, so I was initially concerned about how well they would work while sitting. To test them out, I poured 1/4 cup of water onto the padded area and it absorbed very quickly. I then poured another 1/4 cup on the same spot, and again it absorbed fast without leaking through to the outside (video is of the additional 1/4 cup). The inside did feel damp afterward, but honestly I think that's a good thing because it provides enough feedback for my dad to realize something happened without causing a mess.Overall, I'm really happy with the quality, comfort, and construction. Most importantly, my dad is comfortable wearing them, and they give us some added confidence and protection when we have busy days out of the house.
These incontinence underwear are surprisingly comfortable and well made. The material feels soft and breathable, and they fit much better than I expected. They provide good protection without feeling bulky, which makes them comfortable to wear throughout the day. I also like that they are washable and reusable, which saves money over disposable options. The quality seems durable after multiple washes and they still hold their shape well. Overall, this is a great product that offers comfort, protection, and good value.
I picked these up not for an ongoing incontinence need, but rather for those times when I've been in packed sports stadiums where even walking to the restroom is a challenge, much less waiting out a long halftime line. How great would it be, I thought, to not half to deal with that. Of course, if the pregame tailgate involved drinking to excess, even this product won't save you. But if you pace your liquid intake, resulting in a small-to-moderate urine flow, these underwear work! I tested them out at home first. Dry enough next to the body and same for the other side that touches my jeans. Plus, they are not excessively bulky or obvious to passersby. Comfortable, too.
This set of Battewa incontinence underwear for men is really well made of quality materials. This set comes with 5 in the pack, which is really nice considering most brands of incontinence underwear only come with 3. These are a great, neutral black coloring which I appreciate. The waist band is a yellow colored elastic that is a great thickness and holds strong, keeping these in place and not rolling over on your waist while on. They are well sewn with reinforced stitching. The size chart is accurate on the fit. The material of the underwear themselves is soft and breathable with the center portion having a little area where the extra padding is sewn into place to provide protection from minor leakage. These work well for minor incontinence and look like regular boxer briefs much more than other types of incontinence underwear I've purchased in the past. You really need to look on the inside to even notice that they aren't just normal boxer briefs so they are very discreet. The one thing I wish is that the legs were longer as these have a shorter inseam length than I'm used to. You can machine wash these in cold and either dry in a dryer on low or hang to dry so they are easy to clean. Overall I'm happy with this set. I do think the current list price of $66.90 is high for 5 pair of underwear, however they are still less expensive than other incontinence underwear I've found so I think that it's just this type of underwear in general is a lot more expensive than regular underwear.
These light incontinence leak preventing boxer briefs are made from soft to the touch and breathable fabric that keeps you cool. The waistband is comfortable, it has a good amount of stretch to allow movement and provides a secure fit without cutting into skin. Sizing is accurate, I ordered a medium for 34" waist circumference. They fit perfectly. The crotch area has an additional soft fabric mesh layer that allows for quick absorption of minor leaks and drops, it is not visible from the outside of the boxer briefs and therefore is more discrete than other incontinence protection products. The legs do tend to ride up during physical activity so I recommend using these for your non-active time. I like the peace of mind these provide when out and about, no worries about tiny leaks showing through clothing or getting the bed wet overnight. Keep in mind, this product is intended for only minor drops and leaks, it will not contain large bladder leaks. Besides that, these are very good quality, discrete, comfortable and sporty looking. They let you feel and look normal. Excellent product, I highly recommend these! Good value that's comparable to similar products offered. The brand stands for superior quality and also washes well without losing shape or color.
These look great. They are in the style of boxer briefs that I prefer and wear daily. From afar or even up close, you can't tell they are anything other than regular boxer briefs. Importantly, they seem high quality. Waist band and material have a thick feel to it, not in the sense of winter-wear, but more in the sense of durability. Stitching is neat, well-done. The material is soft and comfortable. It's stretchy and accommodating to your curve without binding (mostly). All the hallmarks of top-quality boxer briefs except no branded logo. It's only when you feel the padding upclose does it give away that it's incontinence briefs. On day-to-day use, this is comfortable enough to wear the whole day, like normal briefs. The padding actually provides additional support for your privates, almost like being held in a soft towel. It's at once both comfortable and comforting. There are a few downsides. The padding raises the temperature a wee bit, which may affect overall comfort in hot climates. And once in a while, you may feel some binding from the stitching around the pad - for me, it was when I laid down to bed. Also, an issue that perhaps only dudes may understand, those times when you need a quick surreptitious adjustment of your privates...well, they are not so easy or surreptitious when there's a thick padding in the way :/ Probably the only real downside is that it absorbs only about 1/4 cup (a little more in my tests) of liquid; so this is for light flow only, not a freedom to just let your bladder go.At about $70 for 5, or $14 per, these are in line with brand name boxer briefs. But the value of even one spared embarassment vs a logo that's mostly unseen...no brainer.
These undergarments work great but they shrink when you wash them so order a size larger than what you usually wear.
Getting older bucks, these help.
Great absorption but gets a weird smell, after each use must be soaked in laundry detergent and rinsed alot.but they do look nice ! Hubby likes that it looks like underwear !
