This fit a little snug on the butt for a 3XL, but nice and comfy around the waist. A little peace of mind when out and about. They keep the little bit of excess liquid left in the "pipe" from spilling all over when relaxed. Not sure they will hold more than that tho. The fabric didn't seem to shrink much after washing and drying. Happy with these.
There are three underwear briefs in this package. These brief fit very well and the absorbing pad inside are entirely unnoticeable. When I wear them, they feel just like regular underwear. They look very nice and feel comfortable. Since this model is washable, they can be used as regular briefs before an accident occurs. The absorbing pad can take up to 50ml liquid. There is also a very protrusion in the front side to make them more comfortable for men.
When nature calls at the most inappropriate times, this leak proof underwear can save me the embarrassment of wet trousers. This 3 pack gives me extras while traveling when I can't use a washing machine and have to Ziplock away used ones. They are expensive compared to regular underwear I use BUT not having the embarrassment during sensitive situations makes these leak proof pairs worth every penny.
This is quality incontinence underwear that looks just like typical underwear. The fabric is soft and comfortable. I ordered a size large, based on the sizing chart provided, and found it to be accurate.The underwear is absorbent and there have been no incidents of leaking. I machine wash them and hang them to air dry, and they continue to look and function very well.
Size is 3x great for extra protection fit perfectly not right at all.
Purchased for my husband that has leakage issues for years and has been changing his underwear twice daily. We're going on a 12 day river cruise this summer and will be going on daily exclusions, so I decided to order him these. He's just been wearing them a couple of days now, but so far he says he likes them and says they are doing the job! He's very happy with my purchase. Will probably order his more in the future as these were the best I could find for the price!

I'm a healthy active senior who developed some degree of male urinary incontinence, which may be temporary, or not. Nothing prepared me to deal with my own urinary incontinence. If this review will help you, here's what I've learned:1. Get the right incontinent washable enhanced front pouch underwear.2. Get the right level (i.e. you choose the level) of TENA absorbent disposable guards.The underwear:The Battewa brand incontinence underwear I am reviewing could not handle leaks by itself, but it serves as a vital backup to the guards. The enhanced front pouch design provides a platform on which the truly absorbent disposable guards can be adhered and kept in place. It is most like ordinary cotton underwear. I also bought the Carer brand incontinence underwear with a great modern design in polyester which feels very cool and comfortable too. It has the same enhanced front pouch design which helps keep the guard in place.The guards:The TENA brand has various levels of absorbent disposable guards for men that are fail-proof in my experience. It's essential that you choose the absorbency level to fit your specific needs. It's a far cry from a bulky pull-on diaper, which may be in my future, but not now.Choosing the TENA absorbency level to fit my needs, I bought several higher and lower absorbency levels of guards. I've progressed from using the higher absorbency guards to the thinner lower absorbency guards. I learned to use the guards effectively by adhering the tape on the guard to the inside enhanced pouch of the underwear. Position the top large-end of the guard about 3 inches below the underwear waistline band. No peeing at the waistline, so I placed them slightly lower on the pant which helped contain big spills. It's easy to carry relatively thin disposable guards to change when necessary, so I always have a dry feeling next to my skin. Dispose of the used guards by rolling them from the top large end onto themselves, then in toilet paper to put them into the trash can. Obviously, do not flush in the toilet unless you have some anxiety to see your plumber.Bottom line:Using the two items together, I very highly recommend the products from Carer/ Battewa with the enhanced absorbent front pouch which must be used in conjunction with the right level of TENA brand absorbent disposable guards.

Comfortable wear all day, perfect fit, not bulky at the seams/crouch. Works great for me as intended. I'll buy it again and will highly recommend it. Remove the white underwear, substitute with black or gray or a different color.
I tried 2 brands before these and while the did the job they are not nearly as comfortable as this brand. Have placed a second order for that reason.
