My husband has Crone's and I thought these would be helpful for him. He normally is a size L in boxers so I thought a XL in these would give him a little room for comfort, but these seem to run small. When I look at the Battewa size chart a 2XL would have been more his usual L. So, go up 2 sizes in your normal size underwear because these are sized smaller than usual. My husband can wear them, but he finds them very uncomfortable which is unfortunate. The body is almost all cotton 95% and the inner leak proof center is mostly polyester 76.2%. The leak proof center runs all the way up to the waist on both sides. My husband hasn't had any incidents with these on so I can't say how absorbent they are. He did find them to get warm in the center area where the leak proof material is since it's not very breathable. They are slightly bulky compared to regular briefs but much less bulky than a diaper. These are so much better than diapers. If you saw a man wearing these, you honestly would have no idea they were incontinence underwear. The are very easy to wash and come with great instructions. I machine wash mine and use vinegar instead of fabric softener which softens them and removes any odors. I hang to dry. The price seems kind of expensive but since you reuse them it's well worth it. Overall, these are great as long as you get the proper size. I'd size up at least one size but two would probably be best.

These are very nice boxer briefs. They seemed to fit true to size for my husband. The material is not thick at all and is moisture wicking which helps make it cool. The material is high quality despite the thinness and is soft and smooth on the skin. The pad area in them is not thick but still offers ample protection. Since these boxer briefs are all black it's hard to tell that there is absorbent areas in the front and the back so they look like regular boxer briefs. My husband wore them at night for protection. The elastic was okay, my husband said it was a little snug. These are . Again they have a panel in the front and a panel in the back that absorb and make it nice for nighttime.

These are great incontinence briefs. They are very discreet as they look like regular boxer briefs and the material is soft and comfortable. The waistband is not too tight and they fit through to size. They washed really well after I rinse them out because they do hold a lot of fluid. They did not shrink, but they did take a very long time to dry as they are so absorbent. This is a great value compared to disposable incontinence briefs, which are very expensive.

The appearance is that they look and fit like regular boxers, there is noticeable but very little padding, you will get used to it quickly. They are soft and comfortable to wear. Nice quality. They are expensive but it is better than changing the sheets daily and also keep in mind that they are reusable and better than disposable ones for the wearer and the environment.

These underwear are comfortable to wear, but they get hot. The extra padding in them trap heat and also add bulk. They are soft against the skin though and I wash them the same as I do any other underwear. I feel they are a bit expensive, but honestly they're probably on par for men's underwear. I will say that they do run small. The listing even warns you that they do, but they definitely do �C most likely because of the extra padding. I'd would definitely order a size up from your normal underwear size.

And for liquid messes, just throw these in the normal wash with a soup of enzyme detergent and you're set!

I got this for one of my family member for extra overnight protection. The material feels soft and comfortable.It gives good coverage and does not look bulky under clothes. For light bladder control, it works well and helps prevent leaks.For heavier needs, you may need higher absorbency. But overall, it is comfortable and provides confidence for overnight use.

Not sure why there are complaints about sizing. Very comfortable and correct sizing, better fitting than similar incontinence underwear that I have purchased on Amazon. These offer more protection as they are lined all the way from front to back.

My first recommendation is to be sure to look at the size chart for the correct size based on waist size. If you don't like things snug make sure to guess up a size. My husband hates tight stuff so I went up to the L because he has about a 33" waist and 34" was the top number for M and bottom number for L. I got the Large and I'm glad because I think the M would have been tight for him.They are well made and they are nice looking. You really cannot tell they are anything more than boxer briefs. The front has more protection, it's thicker. The back still has a layer of protection but not as thick. It is good they added the little to the back, smart.The length is about right. Not too short. The material is breathable but that's really only the legs. Where the protection is does trap the heat more because it's so thick. That's to be expected.Much nicer and more comfortable than the other disposable options of leak protection. And they're durable and reusable.

Surprisingly, the leg hems held until I moved. After moving, a good 1/4 cup fell out with more residual escaping afterwards. Pressing the material squished more out -- you don't want to be sitting with a heavy load on. At that point, you should already be on the way home. Anyway, these pants held a significant amount of fluid in one shot... For leakage, they will do an excellent job.You'd be wise to launder them first to remove the sizing. The absorbent material is synthetic and while the care instructions do not specify, these should be washed with similar products only using fragrance free detergents (i.e. Sensitive Skin) and no fabric softeners (the instructions do specify the the latter). Regular detergents typically have a fabric softener which is why they should be avoided. These softeners stick to the microfiber and severely curtail their absorption ability. I like to add some cleaning vinegar to the rinse cycle when laundering microfibers. This helps remove residual soap. And finally, low or no heat dry only so you don't melt the material. Line drying is best with these heavy pads then fluff them up later -- they take forever to dry in the machine.Good wears from BATTEWA. These are great. They're soft, comfortable, and are really not too much different than regular boxers. Fortunately, I can't attest to their fluid absorbing properties yet, but there is definitely an absorbent padding where the front slit is. If you didn't know better, I don't think you would really be able to tell any difference until you felt them. I'm 180lbs, 5'10", usually in a 34 waist; the large fits perfectly. No issues at all washing and drying them either. I plan on just incorporating them into my daily rotation of underwear. Little bit high money/value ratio, but it beats buying disposables.

I really like these as they look just like men's regular boxer brief underwear unless you look on the inside. No one is going to know you are wearing incontinence underwear if they happen to see you in your undies. My husband prefers longer legs on his boxer briefs and this is the first set that I've found that aren't short on the legs. Fit according to the size chart. They are very soft material and well made. The inside pad is thick and covers the front well. It does cover some of the back but doesn't go as much support in the rear area as others I've tried. Waistband elastic is good, stretchy and holds well. These come with instructions for how to care for them and launder. Overall I'm really happy with this set of 3 and glad we purchased them.

These Briefs are very comfortable, fabric is soft yet it holds the leakage.I Wore them today and I'm happy to report there was no side leakage at all.Ordered size recommended by size chart and they were right on the money. They fit very well for the most part, although they seem to ride a little low in the back. I tend to want to pull them up in the back every so often. They are not bulky in the front at all.There was no problem with bad odor. It wicks any urine away from the skin, so my skin is protected. The protection is sewn in, so there is no adhesives involved. The quality is excellent and they are a good value for the money.We have purchased other more expensive briefs that were highly recommended. Didn't wash well and maintained a urine odor.

I got these boxer shorts to see if they will help contain the dribbles caused by an enlarged prostrate. The medium size fits like other medium boxer shorts though the extra padding in the front feels similar to wearing bicycling shorts. They are mostly comfortable other than the extra padding in the front. The shorts seem to be well stitched with quality material. I tested the absorbancy by pouring water on the front padded area and found the water soaked into the pad as it should. The boxers look like other regular boxers. With a set of 3 boxers, they can be changed and washed if they get soiled. While they are somewhat pricey, they replace the need for disposable absorbent pads.

There's a thicker reinforced absorbent area in the front, and there's also one in the back, helpful for nighttime use. These work for leak situations. My husband likes the boxer brief style, and they extend a good distance down the thigh. But they definitely run small. My husband normally wears a large, and the XL in these just fits him. Rather pricey for three pairs.

These boxer briefs looked very similar to the ones I wear on a daily basis so I was interested in trying them out to see how much different they were. Surprisingly they were just as comfortable as normal boxers with just a little extra material in the crotch for extra absorbency. Nothing that you can see and really only you will probably notice it. I'm not a man, and I don't struggle with incontinence; however, I'm a woman with adenomyosis and VWD. I need absorbent. These are better than any period pants that I've purchased. They're much better padded and have more absorbency. They're bigger too with much more padding so less risk of leak than brief cuts. They're a great back up to prevent bleed through. You might try using them as first line of defense, but that wasn't my intention in grabbing these. While that might be off label use, give these a try as a feminine product particularly if you need multi levels of protection.As noted by many others, these are much smaller than expected. I'm a women's xl so I ordered a man's l. They're tight but not horribly so. If I was a man, no way they would fit. Order at least 1 or 2 sizes up for sure. The fabric is a good quality, but I can absolutely see how between the smaller size and significant padding, they could make a man really hot. These are made of thick fabric and thick padding. $50 for 3 pairs is kind of expensive, but if you've tried everything as I have and still have problems, then it is probably worth it.

First off, if you order your normal size without consulting the size chart you will not fit into them. But if you follow the chart you will have a good fit. Also good for staying dry on hot days or overnight in bed. The padding in front is quite absorbent but likely best for minor accidents. The thing I love the most is they don't look like incontinence underwear and are comfortable to wear (not like the diaper that disposable pads feel like). Fabric is soft and launders well. These are far and above the other brands I've tried. Big thumbs up - but remember, size chart!

For XXL, these seem small. Not too small, though.There is no standardization of sizes such as L, XL, XXL, and XXXL. Other than saying which sizes are larger, you should ignore these classifications. Instead, go straight to the sizing chart.As general underwear, these are well stitched with no seam that looks likely to open. The elastic band is durable and not likely to chafe.As incontinence underwear, there is no thick padding that is likely to bunch up. There is no fly. I don't see why other makers of incontinence underwear think that you can pull aside the absorbent padding to make an exit path. A fly isn't practical.While you're wearing them, you won't notice that you have incontinence underwear on.
