Underwear fit fine
I am very comfortable with these briefs. I would not trade them for anything. I feel confident when I ware them every day
Good fit, absorbed 15cc readily, used for post proton therapy of prostate.
seems pretty good haven't tried peeing in it yet gonna wait til wash first but looks thick enough for me
5 Star Quality. 5 Star performance. 5 Star comfort. This product is so comfortable it feels like your "normal" underwear. If you have a bladder leak it absorbs it internally in a manner that keeps both sides of the underwear dry. This product reduces the stress, in my opinion, completely of dealing with bladder leakage. Due to age and cancer I have had to deal with this issue which had previously caused me a lot of stress. I can now sleep at night and go anywhere in the daytime with the confidence that any bladder leak will be contained. Someone really did their homework and research with this product. TIP - you want the underwear to fit snuggly (doesn't have to be over tight) but snugly so that no leakage can get past the protective pocket.
They work
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Wow fits perfectly, super comfortable, lol yes I love them!
Good fit. Comfortable
The product seems to work wonderfully for small leaks. I am dry and comfortable. My comment about size. I got the size where my girth was in the middle of the size range between min and max. I think I would have been more pleased if I had chosen my girth size to be more toward their max end. It would have made a tighter waist band.
I have been using incontinence underwear for 15 years. Until 2023 they came from HABAND, were pretty cheap and reliable. Two year ago the product disappeared as Haband merged into Blair. I also used to buy shirts and pants. The pants were terrible but the shirts were OK. Now, they sell the ugliest shirts in the world. I had go to Amazon and I tried these and I am pleased after more than a year. I don't leak a lot but on very rare occasions I have to change during the day. I will probably need to replace them in the near future but so far so good.
Don't leave home without them
These are real good they work better than the diapers. The strip of absorbent Material is narrower on a diaper, so easy to piss out the side The underwear is very good because it's wider
Bought these for my husband, whos at that age now that he's finally beginning to sympathize with his post-menopausal wife who has been afraid to sneeze or cough for the last 5 years. These catch and absorb most small accidents and leaking that happens when my wonderful but stubborn man thinks he can wait but really cannot. They are great for car trips because you can put an extra pad in. They are soft and comfortable and he has worn them under jeans and shorts and they do not "show" . I think that they also provide some mental support that takes away the anxiety this stage of life can cause, especially for guys who have never had to deal with the monthly mess that we have since puberty.
I've tried many incontinence underwear and Battewa is among the best, especially for comfort. You really don't feelthem on and there is no "diaper" effect. They are up there with another favorite "Viita" which are sold at Macy's and probably are better made and can hold a little more but are much more expensive. These are a great value and likeothers have said these are for mild incontinence, not major leaks and no one will know you are wearing incontinence underwear.
The product works well. I have been wearing small pads for light leakage but occasionally the pads were not enough and showed on my pants. I still put the pad inside the Battewa underwear and it gives me the back up I need. I did have an embarrassing experience going through TSA at the airport. Going through the large scanner showed something something extra in the crotch area. So I was patted down just in the crotch area. That has not happened with TSA when wearing just the pad.
To me, these are a more long term temporary solution. I hated wearing the pads because of using urinals. These are similar to regular boxers and were absorbent enough for my leakage. After a few months though, I found that they aren't holding up well and have retained an odor even after washing. For me personally, rebuying these every couple of months is worth the feeling of normalcy over using other types of products.
IN MY OPINION THIS PRODUCT IS NOT FOR FULL INCONTINENCE/VOIDING. I chose this product as I am not yet at the stage where I need a product such as Depends and I wanted to have the look and feel of regular underwear. My situation is an enlarged prostate with minor incontinence and post-urination dribble The CONS...Price! $17.30 each (including 8.625% TX sales tax). This product is NOT designed to hold a full bladder load, trust me I tried that in my bathtub before trusting them, leaked all down my leg as there is insufficient absorbent material and a tight enough fit around the thighs. The PROS...the size I chose fits well and are comfortable and the material used is of good quality, they are not too bulky to wear. This product is more than adequate for minor leaks such as post-urination dribble or a small amount of pre urination/incontinence (in the case of not getting to a bathroom in time but without complete voiding). I wear these at night in bed and when going out with a pair of boxers over the top (OCD ?) for added peace of mind but despite several instances such as described above they have proved more than adequate and I am happy with my purchase. I would recommend these for those whose situation is similar to mine. I gave a 4* overall rating as the product pertains to my situation and needs. Thank you for reading my review.
I'm recovering from prostate surgery and still have a small amount of dripping once I'm done" urinating. I've been using pads to absorb the drips but one, I hate seeing the pads, two I feel they're terrible for the environment. These briefs look great and offer the little protection I need. I don't know how they'd be for moderate protection. Also, I'm a size 32 waist and they fit perfectly. They might be baggy for someone with a 30 waist. Overall I'm VERY happy with these and am going to buy another pack.
This was the perfect solution for a person who felt uncomfortable and embarrassed wearing pull up disposable pants during the day. These underwear are so soft and comfortable, with a smooth, non-rolling waistband and a snug, but not tight, fit. There is a good amount of absorbent padding in the crotch, yet it lies smoothly and does not create an overt bulge. I did add a thin, disposable insert for extra security although it may not be entirely necessary. The wearer has experienced no leaks, no odor, and no wetness against the skin. The garment washes up very well and retains its shape. I do air dry this as heat is damaging to fibers. Because of the layers of absorbent material, it does take a long time (days) to dry so I recommend washing daily and hanging in an airy room, or purchasing extra garments. These underwear have given the wearer back his comfort and dignity and for that reason it is worth every penny.
Performs as advertised.

Reasonably good fit and a good amount of padding for my relatively small leakage issues. I installed a small fan in my laundry room to help speed up drying.
