Women's High-Waist Leakproof Panties (50ml)

These are the best panties I've found and I've tried quite a few. I usually use Poise pads with two drops filled in on the picture and these get me through the day and through the gym without a pad. They are not too bulky and they don't leave a big diaper line across your backside. I just ordered my second package. I'm not sure how long they last yet, but i think they are a winner. Not sharing photo LOL.

Bought these for my 84 yr old mother, she's loves them, comfort and no irritation the size was perfect. For light to moderate leaking she states " they don't even feel like they're wet". Not bulky at all, just like your wearing regular panties. Will be buying more soon! Thank you!

I have been on a long year search for functional, yet pretty, and lovely fabric incontinence panties. Mission accomplished. First, do size up as suggested. The panties are just at my waist, but more importantly, are high enough in the back. The pad itself is soft, no noise, and you don't feel like you have a giant sanitary pad between your legs. As to absorbency, right now, I've had a couple of sneeze leaks, and hurry and get to the bathroom....no problem at all. I also appreciate the lovely muted colors. Who wants to wear beige and white all the time!! For reference, I am plus size 2x and 75 years old.As to sleeping in these, they do not twist, or find their way up the middle of your butt cheeks. They stay put. I toss and turn alot. And rarely have to adjust. Right now, I'm suffering with knee pain. I sleep with a pillow between my legs. The panties stay put and comfy.I appreciate the softness of the panty fabric. Your clothing slides right up with no tugging or rearranging.As budget allows, I plan to replace all my panties with these. I do not have any complaints!!I have thicker panties (jockey) that I wear when I travel. They are much thicker fabric for the panty and the pad is also thicker. You definitely know you have it on.For everyday use, these are what I will be wearing!!

These are great! They are comfortable, breathable, and capture "sneeze pee" so you can spend the day confidently, without searching for a bathroom "just in case." Love the light colors.

After washer spin cycle, hung on hanger with indoor humidity about 25%. Took more than 12 hours to air dry. True to size.

The spot in the crotch is extremely soft, durable and absorbent. Especially for that sneeze or cough that hits a bit too hard and there goes your control, with these that situation won't bring worry to your mind about your underwear.
