I have very bad issues with incontinence and the disposable incontinence underwear give me a rash , I bought these underwear and some cloth incontinence pads and they work really well. When I go out in public I still use the disposable ones until I feel totally secure with these.

They work well but the buttocks area feels tight.

I have purchased many different brand names of incontinence underwear and these are the first that have had no leakage. Thank you so very much. We don't enjoy the aging process of incontinence but it does occur and now we have a product that actually performs as stated.

After months of wondering if they'd actually work I finally bit the bullet and orders the panties. High waisted, comfortable and leak proof! I cough and leak often. This is so freeing. No more pads!

I wanted to venture away from wearing Depend all the time. The waer is light weight and comfort. I do wish it had an odor blocking strip safe for "that area ", but I didn't smell like urine all day either...just a wee bit...and NO, no one can tell. I laughed and some leakage came out...absorbs well. 4X fits 250-260 5'2" may try the 3X.

They are true to size. Very comfortable. Great price.

So much more comfortable than the reusable pads I've had for years. THESE ARE GOOD FOR THE AVERAGE SNEEZE. But don't count on them for major leakage. I had the flu and a deep persistent cough. I soaked through the underwear with one round of coughing, so I supplemented with Poise pads during that time.They are very comfortable. I went down one size when I reordered after following the size chart the first time.

Comfortable & efficient

These are some comfortable wearing panties. I have felt more confident knowing should I have a little accident, I'll be protected from messing up my clothes. I'm a little short, so they do come up a little high on me. But still worth the wear. No bulkiness and no slipping down. A price worth paying for the security you will have. They absorb really well.

These are the best incontinence panties I have found. Comfortable and made of cotton so pleasant to my skin. No leakage whatsoever! They are expensive. Assume they will last a long time. Very well made and true to sizing chart. I recommend these after trying some other kinds. I wear them every night.

These absorbent parties are exactly what I needed to feel more comfortable at my demanding job. They are pricey but other brands that I've tried are not as nice as these. Other brands have been too bulky where the extra padding is but these I don't even notice extra lining. I'm going to buy some more now that I've found a brand this nice.

When I first heard of washable and reusable period panties a while back, I was honestly kind of grossed out. Unless you plan on changing them regularly every two to three hours, it sounds terribly unhygienic to me. Nonetheless I decided to try them when I was offered the opportunity.I personally have been wearing them as a backup with my regular protection of tampons for the first couple days when my flow tends to be heavy. I also may use them as over night protection for the last day or so when I generally don't need a tampon while sleeping but worry that I might leak when I get up.As for quality and comfort, I really like them. They appear to be very well made and despite the thick extra fabric in the crotch that I'm not used to, they are quite comfortable. I will definitely be wearing these every month when I need them. I may even get brave and try them sans tampon on a day that I'm off work next time my period rolls around.

I wish they were not quite so high waisted but they have a natural size crotch compared to the extra extra wide extra thick same size another brand. These are truly light absorbancy but that was what I was looking for. Fairly true to waist and hip measurements. I wish the elastic waist and legs were just a little wider and better quality. I am overweight but I do think I could have used a small which although described not in the listing to choose. At first glance I thought these would be too small but they are a good fit, leg openings a bit less snug than they should be, but I will be purchasing more of these for sure. Wish the crotch were light colored instead of black but these fit so much better than the same size other brand! Less expensive than other brands too!

These underwear are so big! I definitely need a small or medium instead. That's unfortunate. Sometimes, I just have to pee a lot at night. I drink when thirsty, even if it's 10 pm. My place isn't huge, so I make it in time, but at a slight cost. These underwear are padded. The material is fairly nice. If they fit, they would've been a great help.
