This incontinence underwear fits very well and the absorbing pad is entirely unnoticeable. It feels just like regular underwear in style and color. The fabric has great elasticity and feels comfortable. Since this model is washable, it can be used as regular underwear before an accident occurs. The absorbing pad can take up to 50ml liquid. That is a lot of liquid with great protection.
I measure 35 inch waist and 45 inch hip. According to the package I should be a XL. I agree that would be accurate. Even tho they are a little loose, they are not overly loose where my "drawers are falling". lol I am happy with these. I washed and dried them in the machine with no issues. I haven't had an accident, but feel confident that an ill timed cough, laugh or sneeze with a small leak would be caught with no embarrassing issues. Much better than a regular pair of panties with no pad. These are comfortable, with no wedgies.
These panties are wonderful and give you leak proof protection.The underwear material is soft and stretchy. These panties are super comfortable and are more of a peach color than an orange (which I prefer and am glad about). When I ordered these panties, the only color available to me was orange. That's okay, since it's underwear and not outerwear. The main part of the panties are 95% cotton and 5% spandex. The absorbent-leakproof part is 39% cotton, 40% polyester, 5% spandex, 8% acrylic, 4% rayon, and 4% belloasis. I have no clue what belloasis is, but it's in these panties. The absorbent part is thick (maybe just under 1/2 of a centimeter), but not an uncomfortable thickness (which is nice and a thoughtful design). You don't want that area to be thick and bulky like a diaper. That absorbent area feels like there are multiple layers in there. Do not use bleach or fabric softener on these panties. Long story short, these leakproof panties are just fantastic, and I highly recommend them.
So I have to say that I am surprised at how comfortable these pantys actually were. They aren't bulky where the pad" is in the crotch. They have full coverage and aren't right around the legs. I can't speak as to how absorbent they are, but you don't even realize that you have them on. I recommend these and will be buying more.
After having multi children over 10lbs sneezing will make you leak a little, so when I found these leakproof underwear for women I just knew I needed to try them. OMG yes, I love these incontinence panties, I wore them all day without any leaks. I can't wait to get more of these incontinence panties in every color they may have. If you are or any of your loved ones have issues with incontinence these leakproof underwear would be great to get. You will feel comfortable and not need to worry about sneezing or coughing you will be safe till you get home
Runs true to size, I ordered a size medium. For reference I'm 5'7 approximately 155lbs. Material is extremely soft and very comfortable to wear! These are great for light flow days! Highly recommend!
Nice granny panties. The material is soft cotton and they are very stretchy. True to size. The absorbing part is very thin. The style is well shaped so shouldn't allow leaking. Note that washing need to be without softener.

I have very bad issues with incontinence and the disposable incontinence underwear give me a rash , I bought these underwear and some cloth incontinence pads and they work really well. When I go out in public I still use the disposable ones until I feel totally secure with these.
They work well but the buttocks area feels tight.
I have purchased many different brand names of incontinence underwear and these are the first that have had no leakage. Thank you so very much. We don't enjoy the aging process of incontinence but it does occur and now we have a product that actually performs as stated.

After months of wondering if they'd actually work I finally bit the bullet and orders the panties. High waisted, comfortable and leak proof! I cough and leak often. This is so freeing. No more pads!
I wanted to venture away from wearing Depend all the time. The waer is light weight and comfort. I do wish it had an odor blocking strip safe for "that area ", but I didn't smell like urine all day either...just a wee bit...and NO, no one can tell. I laughed and some leakage came out...absorbs well. 4X fits 250-260 5'2" may try the 3X.
They are true to size. Very comfortable. Great price.
So much more comfortable than the reusable pads I've had for years. THESE ARE GOOD FOR THE AVERAGE SNEEZE. But don't count on them for major leakage. I had the flu and a deep persistent cough. I soaked through the underwear with one round of coughing, so I supplemented with Poise pads during that time.They are very comfortable. I went down one size when I reordered after following the size chart the first time.
